Main Screen
The main directory screen shows phone directory entries per the selected criteria (such as group, search pattern, and listing order).

Menu Box
The directory menu box allows you to change the currently listed group of phone entries, search the phone directory, and navigate the phone directory listing. Depending on your x-FONE5 configuration, menu options include all or some of the following:

		Go to the first page of entries in the phone listing
		Go to the previous page of entries in the phone listing
		Go to the next page of entries in the phone listing
		Go to the last page of entries in the phone listing
		Change the current sort for entries in the phone listing; you can also change the listing sort by clicking on a desired column header
		Display the current listing in a format suitable for printing; use the print option on your browser to actually print out the listing
		Send email to a group of phone directory entries
		Display this help screen

Note that you can quickly filter the phone listing by clicking on the alpha-numeric keys in the menu box.

Searching
The menu group/search option is used by selecting a phone group, selecting a phone field/column, entering a search pattern (including prefix/suffix wildcards), and then clicking the REFRESH button. Example searches include the following for a current group and sort:
